About the Role Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking experienced and motivated Children's Social Workers to join our Assessment Teams across East and South Cambridgeshire. Key Responsibilities Lead statutory assessments, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery Undertake strategy discussions and Section 47 enquiries Prepare and present detailed court reports under Sections 7, 37, and 31 Complete SWET assessments and develop effective care plans Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 20 cases Benefits Competitive salary Retention payment available after your first year Flexible working options including:
