Salary: £29,452.50 FTE (£14,726.25 per annum actual earnings)
Hours: 18.75 per week with occasional weekend working.

About the Role:
Purpose:
- To lead the delivery of Pacts family engagement services at HMP Leyhill - in line with contractual requirements, the prisons operational and security arrangements, and in accordance with Pacts own practice standards and its operating policies, processes and procedures.
- To deliver family-focused casework services including assessments, advocacy, structured interventions, case reviews and facilitating visits (both in person and online).
- To manage the Visits Centre and its staff to ensure visitors have a positive visitor experience.
