Gloucestershire County Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team in Gloucestershire. Salary ranges £38,220–£40,777 per annum plus relocation allowance up to £8,000.
This is a 37-hour per week role with a full-time contract and a relocation package for eligible candidates. Applicants must be a qualified Social Worker registered with SWE with at least 1 year of Adults Social Work experience and be willing to relocate to Gloucestershire.
