We are hiring for 3-4 roles for the team. A fullstack engineer, 2 backend software engineers and a platform focused engineer.
As a Software Engineer, you’ll focus on building robust, scalable backend systems and APIs that support voting workflows, reporting, and new AI-driven research capabilities.What you’ll be doing
- Designing and building scalable backend services and APIs
- Working on workflow systems that support large-scale voting operations
- Prototyping and product ionising AI-enabled features
- Refactoring and modernising legacy services
- Collaborating closely with engineers, product and operations
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience writing production code in Go, Python or Type Script
- Experience with RESTful APIs (gRPC a bonus)
- Familiarity with SQL and/or No
SQL databases - A pragmatic, hands-on approach to solving complex problems
