My friends have built an incredible platform which is changing the way voting is done, and done for good. They’re now scaling both their core platform and a brand-new AI product, which is a game changer!

We are hiring for 3-4 roles for the team. A fullstack engineer, 2 backend software engineers and a platform focused engineer.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll focus on building robust, scalable backend systems and APIs that support voting workflows, reporting, and new AI-driven research capabilities.

• Designing and building scalable backend services and APIs
• Working on workflow systems that support large‑scale voting operations
• Prototyping and product ionising AI‑enabled features
• Refactoring and modernising legacy services
• Collaborating closely with engineers, product and operations

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience writing production code in Go, Python or Type Script
• Experience with RESTful APIs (gRPC a bonus)
• Familiarity with SQL and/or No

• A pragmatic, hands‑on approach to solving complex problems
