My client is a manufacturer in Bristol looking for a Systems Developer with Python engineering and SQL experience to join their IT team. You will work closely with colleagues to provide systems development, support and data insights.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain customer integration connections, delivering development solutions to optimize the ERP system using Python.
- Maintain ERP data using PostgreSQL.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues across a range of devices.
- Provide support to users, including setup and maintenance of system user accounts, ERP and technical support.
- Software development and systems design from scratch.
- Create reports in PostgreSQL / Excel.
- Assist with UX/UI design.
- Create data models and ensure integrity of system and report data.
- Maintenance, second and third line support.
- Collaborate and drive innovative new software solutions.
- PostgreSQL
- PowerBI
- Python programming – data and web
- Supporting escalated issues
- Experience with web development in Python
- ERP support
- Experience with Python, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs
- Data engineering – Python, PostgreSQL, PowerBI, Excel
