About Paragon Traffic Management

At Paragon Traffic Management, we’re building a nationwide business that’s admired for its people, partnerships and performance. We take pride in doing things properly — creating safe working environments, supporting our teams and delivering a level of service our clients can rely on.

We’re professional, fast‑paced and growing, but we stay grounded. If you care about standards, teamwork and safety, you’ll fit right in.

The Role

As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a key role in keeping roads, pedestrians and sites moving safely. Some days you’ll work independently, other days as part of a team — either way, you’ll be trusted to take responsibility and do the job right.

  • Installing and maintaining temporary traffic management setups such as traffic lights, road closures and pedestrian routes.
  • Manually controlling traffic signals and managing pedestrian movement when required, helping to keep both the public and your colleagues safe.

We expect our operatives to lead by example when it comes to safety, quality and professionalism — that’s how we’ve built our reputation.

What We’re Looking For

We value mindset just as much as experience. If you’re professional, respectful and communicate well, you’re already off to a strong start.

  • Previous traffic management experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to stay organised, solve problems under pressure and work confidently to tight deadlines.

A full UK driving licence is required. Traffic Management qualifications are desirable but not essential, including Unit 2, M1, M2, M5, M6 and 12AB.

What We Offer

We believe in looking after our people and giving them room to grow. Benefits include additional leave, a company pension, profit sharing, a health and wellbeing programme, employee discounts, on‑site parking and a referral scheme.

Application Questions
  • Are you able to park a 3.5t tail lift vehicle at your home address?
  • What Lantra tickets do you currently hold?
Licence Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence (required).

Please note:

This role may include additional duties as required to support the business.
