Do you have previous warehouse experience? We’re looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse operatives to join us at our site in Gloucester. Your journey may start off in a warehouse, but a whole new career could be in front of you from Management, Sales, Transport and more, it just takes the first step!

As a Day Warehouse Operative, you’ll be working in our busy warehouse facility, moving pallets, using MHE such as forklifts, loading and unloading vehicles. You’ll be working 40 hours (plus overtime) per week on the Monday to Friday day shift. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive hourly rate of £12.88 with additional allowances available. In addition, we offer 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 days with 4 years service.

We also have the XPO University offering relevant courses to your career progression as well as apprenticeships, giving you to navigate your future logistics career with XPO.

• Using MHE in a safe manner
• Operating FLT’s
• Loading and loading our vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner
• There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!

• Ideally an FLT licence
• A willingness to learn and build a new career
• An interest or previous experience in Warehousing
