Hgv 2 Driver

Location: South Gloucestershire

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking HGV 2 Drivers to join our team of drivers for a busy customer delivery operation based in Yate. This role involves the safe and timely delivery of goods while providing excellent customer service

Temp to perm opportunity available for suitable candidates

Hourly rate is £17 per hour increasing to £18 per hour .

Key Responsibilities:

* Driving a company HGV 2 vehicle to deliver goods to customers

* Working as part of a 2 man crew

* Loading and unloading deliveries

* Carrying out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items

* Ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and on time

* Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any issues

* Completing delivery paperwork and records accurately

Requirements:

* Full UK HGV 2 driving licence (no more than 6 points)

* In date CPC & TACHO Cards

* Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely

* Good time management and organisational skills

* Strong work ethic and reliability
