Class 1 Driver

As a Class 1 Driver Days in Gloucester, you will operate HGV C+E vehicles on daytime shifts, starting at 07:00. This full-time role offers £17.00 per hour Monday to Friday, with weekend work available at £19.00, plus holiday pay. You will receive weekly or monthly PAYE payments, a minimum of eight hours pay per day, and access to a pension scheme and sickness cover.

Key responsibilities include completing local and regional deliveries, ensuring vehicle safety checks, and adhering to tachograph regulations. This position provides consistent weekday hours with optional weekend work, free secure parking, and the potential to secure a longer-term role.

• Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• CPC qualification & Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 minor penalty points
• Proven experience with double deck trailers
