Warehouse Loader / Picker – Day Shift

Gloucester – Join a fast‑paced team in a busy and well‑established logistics operation. This long‑term role offers real progression and stability.

£12.71 per hour PAYE. Optional weekly or monthly payment. Temp‑to‑perm opportunity with consistent full‑time hours.

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 16:00 (Day Shift). Start and finish times may slightly change with workload.
• No weekend work – enjoy your weekends off.

• Load and unload vehicles efficiently.
• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Build and rotate pallets.
• Move stock throughout the warehouse.
• Support smooth inbound and outbound operations.
• Maintain high health & safety standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, loading, or picking role.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work consistent night shifts.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive attitude and team‑player mindset.
• Strong commitment to health & safety.
