Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 Rotational shifts Hours to be discussed at interview

What you’ll do
  • Lead the Team:
    Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
  • Streamline Processes:
    Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse
  • Ensure Safety:
    Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
  • Monitor Performance:
    Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
  • Foster

    Collaboration:

    Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we ll achieve great results!
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment, with experience leading or supervising a team.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working collaboratively with colleagues, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • A good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures, inventory processes, and warehouse management systems (WMS), with proficiency in Microsoft Office being an advantage.
