Job&Talent are recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operative in Indurent Park, Gloucester, we are looking for hard working and experienced warehouse operatives to join our team, our client is ramping up for some new business opportunities and are looking for core team members to join the operation.

As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:

• Ability to work in a rapidly changing, fast past paced environment
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment
• A ‘can do', right first time and passionate approach
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
• Safety Shoes

Salary :

• Starting at £13.45 basic rate per hour
• We are currently looking for positions available for a minimum 5 days a week.
• Location :
  Indurent Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ
• Hours of work:
  Sunday - Thursday;
  Monday
  - Friday

Role of a Warehouse Operative:

• Accurately receive, pick, assemble and load customer orders within depot accuracy and speed targets,
• Contribute towards a clean and safe working environment, demonstrating concern to ensure that personal actions do not compromise the health and safety of self and/or colleagues at all times
• Handle customer stock with care and consideration to minimize damages and maximize customer service
• Adhere to instructions and guidelines regarding manual handling, the use of Mechanical Handling equipment, including pre-operational checks, reporting of defects, and the safe use and operation of all equipment.
• Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, stacking stock onto and off pallets in a safe and stable manner ready for transit.

this role requires commitment and is not suitable for candidates looking for just one or two days per week. This is a temporary role based on business requirements and needs, as well as performance.
