LOCATION:

Gloucester GL3 PAY: £14.29 - £32.23 shift dependent

HOURS:

8 to 12 hr shift rotation (early, lates, nights or 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am) DURATION:
Ongoing, strong temp-perm and long term opportunities What You Will Be Doing:
The Warehouse Operator is involved in the receipt, dispatch and distribution of material and product within the factory.

Use appropriate material handling equipment to move product and materials from and to designated locations to support bulk activities in an efficient and safe manner.

Build pallets and orders as directed to support successful order fulfilment.

Safe handling and storage of materials.

Stock process

handles delivery and sorting

Work accurately to control warehouse inventory at acceptable levels.

Analyse material movements to locate parts, serial number, and quantity change.

Perform inventory count, stock material in the appropriate locations.

Efficiently load/unload trucks and transports with a forklift.

Assist the daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse and logistics area.

Adheres to all policies and procedures relating to product age and quality.

Conduct inspection of logistic equipment including FLTs, pallet inverters, racking, etc

What You Will Bring

Valid FLT certificate (Counterbalance / Reach and/or Bendi in-house accepted) and relevant experience;

At least a basic digital literacy to operate computer inventory systems;
Good levels of literacy and numeracy;
Excellent attention to detail, teamwork and communication skills;
Focus on quality, hygiene, following instructions and continuous improvement mindset;
