Warehouse Team Leader

Warehouse Team Leader Sheffield Fulltime - Monday-Friday Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing FMCG business on the outskirts of Sheffield, supplying products to major retailers and private label customers across the UK and Europe. We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the warehouse function — a hands-on leadership role with real influence across the wider operation.

The Role Lead and manage the small warehouse team, including training, coaching, performance management, and daily briefings Champion a strong health and safety culture and ensure full legislative compliance Support and guide the team across both warehouse and production where needed Get hands-on with daily operations, training the team on core processes Deputise for the Operations Manager during periods of absence Own key KPIs — OTIF, RFT, productivity, quality and waste Maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring stock and system records always align Work closely with Technical, Commercial, Production and Supply Chain teams to keep operations running smoothly Drive continuous improvement across the warehouse What We're Looking For Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment Experience leading teams across multiple operational areas Strong understanding of health and safety legislation in practice Confident with MS Office and batch/inventory control systems HACCP and Level 3 Food Safety desirable (training available) Reach truck licence desirable (training available) What's On Offer Competitive salary with annual reviews and yearly bonus 25 days holiday, rising with service Strong benefits package including medical cash plan and mental health support Enhanced parental leave, generous sick pay, and pension contributions Cycle to Work scheme and genuine progression opportunities
