Hours:
Weekly Rotation:
6 AM to 3 PM Monday to Friday
8:15 AM to 5:15 PM Monday to Friday

Salary:
£29,835 per Annum

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:

Picking and consolidating customer orders
Sorting and organising shipments for Goods In, Goods Out, and Replenishment
Packaging products in line with company specifications
Completing tasks efficiently with close attention to detail
Demonstrating good judgement across all aspects of the role
Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
Following all Health and Safety protocols

Key Skills of a Logistics Operative:

Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
Counterbalance forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
Proactive and forward-thinking with a practical mindset
Reliable, punctual and committed to long-term employment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work
Able to work effectively as part of a team
