Role Description
This is a hybrid job for Yoga Instructors. The instructors will lead Online yoga, meditation, and breathwork sessions tailored to a diverse audience grounded in Indian traditions. Key responsibilities include developing engaging and culturally sensitive routines for various levels, guiding participants through safe and effective practices, and maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes wellness.
Qualifications
Expertise in Yoga Instruction, including Ashtanga and Vinyasa practices
Strong Teaching skills with the ability to adapt sessions for varying skill levels
Effective Communication skills to foster a welcoming and supportive environment
Familiarity with mindfulness, breathwork practices, and meditation techniques
Passion for promoting wellness with an understanding of Indian traditions and practices
Relevant certifications in yoga instruction or related disciplines
Minimum of 2 years of experience in yoga and meditation instruction
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage with participants from diverse backgrounds
You will record one or more types of content:
Yoga
10–30 min beginner-friendly flows
Mobility, morning flow, evening stretch
Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Gentle Yoga (any style welcome)
Meditation
2–15 min sessions
Morning grounding, focus, anxiety reduction, sleep meditations
Yoga Nidra (optional)
Pranayama/Breathwork
Bhastrika
Anulom Vilom
Kapalbhati
Ujjayi
Box breathing
Guided explanations + demos
Paid per video/session
