Retail sales Executive- Bentchair

Job Summary   We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused   Retail Store Executive   to join our showroom team in Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, showcasing our product range, maintaining the store's presentation, and supporting daily retail operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)   Welcome and assist walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and providing suitable product recommendations.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications to customers.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly showroom sales targets.
Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a premium in-store experience.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
Follow up with customer inquiries, leads, and pending quotations.
Maintain the visual merchandising standards and overall appearance of the showroom.
Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, and stocked.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for product availability and deliveries.
Handle basic inventory checks, stock updates, and showroom inventory records.
Assist in processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Support store events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Maintain daily reports, customer records, and CRM updates.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and showroom discipline.
