Sales Officer General Trade (FMCG) | Goa

Responsible for driving  primary & secondary sales, distributor management, outlet expansion and market coverage  across the assigned Goa territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
Manage distributors, stockists, wholesalers and retail outlets.
Drive secondary sales and ensure effective outlet coverage.
Develop new outlets and expand the customer base.
Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
Implement company schemes, promotions and trade activities.
Monitor distributor stock, billing, collections and outstanding payments.
Track competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
Conduct regular market visits and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Requirements:  Minimum 25 years of  FMCG General Trade sales experience , preferably with knowledge of the Goa market. Strong distributor handling, retail execution and target-achievement skills. Good communication and negotiation skills required.
