Want to work somewhere that combines ambitious growth with a genuinely supportive culture?
This well-established and rapidly expanding accountancy practice is continuing to invest heavily in its people, technology and client relationships. With a strong reputation across the South of England, the firm offers exposure to a broad client portfolio, excellent career progression and a modern, flexible approach to working.
If you're looking for more responsibility, greater client exposure and a clear route towards management, this could be the move you've been waiting for.
Your new role
You'll be trusted to run audits rather than simply assist with them.
Working with a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and growing companies, you'll lead assignments from planning through to completion, building strong relationships with clients and becoming a go-to contact for both technical and commercial matters. You'll spend less time ticking boxes and more time adding value. One day you could be leading an audit on-site with a client, the next, coaching junior team members, reviewing their work and helping them develop their careers.
You'll work closely with managers and partners, gaining exposure to the wider commercial side of practice as well as the technical aspects of audit. The client base is varied, the work is genuinely interesting, and there is plenty of opportunity to get involved in accounts preparation, client advisory work and broader practice projects. If you're looking for a role where you can continue developing technically while building the skills needed for management and leadership, you'll find plenty of opportunity here!
What you'll need to succeed
You’re part-qualified ACA, ACCA or AAT Level 4.You’ve got a couple of years in audit under your belt. And you’re ready for more.
What you'll get in return
Hybrid working (3 days in, 2 from home)
Flexi hours around a 10–4 core
Fast-track progression in a growing firmA proper wellbeing day off each year Loads of perks: private GP access, mental health support, retail discounts, EV scheme, and moreA culture that actually lives its values.
As the firm continues to grow, ambitious people are being noticed. Progression isn't based on waiting for someone to leave; it's driven by performance, capability and potential.
