What you will be doing

  • Providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
  • Managing a busy reception area, ensuring every visitor receives an exceptional first impression.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and visitor schedules.
  • Supporting colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Processing payments and carrying out basic cash handling duties where required.
  • Ensuring reception and communal areas are always presented to the highest standard.
  • Responding confidently to changing priorities in a busy, people-focused environment.

What we are looking for

  • Previous Front of House or Reception experience is essential.
  • A confident communicator with a naturally welcoming and professional manner.
  • Someone who enjoys working with people and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and database systems.
