We are recruiting on behalf of our distinguished client based in the beautiful town of Godalming for a Business Operations Coordinator. This is an exciting new role within a forward thinking and growing organisation as part of the Operations Team. As part of the team you'll be joining a passionate independent company that are known for their business acumen and who provide outstanding levels of customer service.
This is a comprehensive and inclusive role where attention to detail is crucial to success. You will look after all aspects of coordinating the draft writing of tenders and proposals with other departments, ensuring that compliance legislation is followed at all times. You'll also be responsible for looking after all facets of the contract writing and general policy creation. Reporting to the Director of Operations you'll also undertake other ad hoc duties including aspects of facilities management and lease negotiation.
This is an ideal opportunity if you have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or have a General Business or Legal Degree. Ideally for this role you would have experience of working within compliance including FCA and data protection, as well as knowledge of tender production. You need proactive with great attention to detail, strong communication and good negotiating skills.
