Architectural TechnologistLocation: SurreySalary: £37,500-£45,000 Konker Group is working with a respected Surrey practice known for delivering high-end residential projects. They are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join the team and contribute to the delivery of bespoke, design-led homes. In this role, you'll be involved across all RIBA stages, with a strong emphasis on technical detailing and contract administration.

You'll be responsible for preparing specifications and contract documents, ensuring accuracy and quality at every stage of the process. Most work is carried out in AutoCAD, though there are also opportunities to use software such as Sketch Up and Lumion to support design development. The successful candidate will have several years of experience in practice, ideally within the high-end residential sector.

You'll need a strong technical background, excellent detailing skills, and proven experience in contract administration. Proficiency in AutoCAD, fluency in English, and the ability to work collaboratively within a busy, creative team environment are essential.
