The Flexi Bank Educator will spark creativity, curiosity and growth, guiding every child to dream big, think independently and explore the world with confidence. You’ll bring flexibility and energy to cover varied shift patterns, helping the nursery deliver the best education to children of all age groups.

• Cover our nurseries when required, being flexible on start and end times.
• Lead our ‘learning through play’ ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Follow the daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice or early years educator).
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and a willingness to update that training regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
• Drive, motivation and a ‘make it happen’ attitude.
• A solutions‑driven approach to problems.
• A love for customer service.
