As a Level 3 Room Leader, you ll play an important role in creating exceptional learning experiences while leading and supporting your room team. Working closely with the management team, you ll help maintain high standards of care and education, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.

• Lead and support the room team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Collaborate with the management team to maintain high standards of safety, care, and learning.
• Create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued and encouraged to reach their potential.

• Level 3 (Early Years) qualification or equivalent for Room Leaders.
• Experience leading an early years team in a nursery setting.
• Commitment to quality care, learning standards, and safeguarding.
