We are seeking experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineers to join our team on a freelance/contract basis
.

We are particularly looking for Mechanical HVAC Building Services Engineers with concept and detailed design experience to support a variety of exciting engineering projects.

All roles are outside IR35 and require regular site presence in the South East
. Candidates must be able to commit to on-site work for durations ranging from 2 to 12 months, depending on project requirements. Competitive all-inclusive rates are on offer.

While not essential, experience in the following sectors will be advantageous:

• Life Sciences
• Pharmaceutical
• Biotechnology
• Laboratories
• Industrial or Scientific projects

• Self-reliant and able to work independently
• Confident in liaising with clients
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Collaborative team players, able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptable and able to respond positively to changing project requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
