Duties for the role of Associate Transport Planner include:

Lead and deliver a range of planning projects across the UK
Oversea transport assessments, statements and supporting transport documentation
Provide technical advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle
Liaise with local planning authorities and highway authorities
Mentor more junior team members and contribute to their professional development

Skills and experience for the role of Associate Transport Planner:

Degree within Transport Planning or another related discipline
Strong post qualification experience within a UK Transport consultancy
Strong working knowledge of UK transport planning policy and standards
Proficient with Junctions 11 and Lin Sig junction modelling software
Fantastic report writing and analytical skills
Experience in a previous role managing junior team members
Ability to liaise with clients, local authorities and project teams
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driver's license
