Our Physiotherapists are expected to provide the highest standard of care to a self‑pay and private medical insured patient caseload, consistently delivering against evidence‑based clinical pathways from initial triage to discharge.
As a great communicator, you'll build long‑lasting relationships with your client base and be an active multidisciplinary team member.
Schedule and Employment
This is a part‑time role offered on an employed or self‑employed basis, covering Saturday and Tuesday.
Key Responsibilities- Take professional responsibility as a Chartered Physiotherapist, with high‑level decision‑making, autonomy, and clinical reasoning skills, to triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated clinical caseload.
- Comply with all Bodyset policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations, ensuring consistent product delivery and customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients, parents and carers, respecting privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with referring parties to ensure uninterrupted care.
- Counsel clients on nutrition, exercise, equipment, sleep, stress management and other well‑being matters.
- Proactively attract returning and new client business, including leading corporate workshops as prepared by yourself and the partnerships manager.
- Continuously strive to improve clinic standards and identify any risks to the Regional Lead.
- Maintain accurate client documentation, records and statistics, completed in a timely manner in line with contractual service level agreements.
- Continuously develop as a Chartered Physiotherapist and evidence: maintain CPD, attend external conferences and events beneficial to professional development.
- Abide by the CSP's Code of Members' Professional Values and Behaviour and the HCPC’s Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
- Support the clinic’s multidisciplinary team in developing service improvements when required.
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree.
- Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Ability to work autonomously, delivering against Bodyset’s clinical pathways.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written English skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous evidence of generating new business and maintaining your own client caseload.
- Previous experience practising in the private healthcare sector.
- 1+ years of relevant postgraduate clinical experience.
