Working closely with senior leaders and managers across the organisation, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive HR service, providing expert advice, supporting employee relations matters, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

The Role

As HR Generalist, you will provide day-to-day HR support and guidance across the employee lifecycle, ensuring best practice, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & HR Advice

• Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Manage a range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues.
• Conduct investigations and support formal meetings where required.
• Advise on probationary periods, flexible working requests and occupational health referrals.
• Support the ongoing development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
