Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied generalist role where you can make a real impact? Our client is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join their established HR team in Surrey.
Working closely with senior leaders and managers across the organisation, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive HR service, providing expert advice, supporting employee relations matters, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
The Role
As HR Generalist, you will provide day-to-day HR support and guidance across the employee lifecycle, ensuring best practice, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & HR Advice
- Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Manage a range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues.
- Conduct investigations and support formal meetings where required.
- Advise on probationary periods, flexible working requests and occupational health referrals.
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
