Location:
Office-based (Hampshire)
Salary: £55,000-£75,000 + Benefits
The Opportunity
We are looking to appoint a Practice Manager to support the operational leadership of the business.
Working closely with the Director and leadership team, the Practice Manager will help oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring that people, systems and processes operate smoothly. This is a broad and varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and supporting a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the management of HR processes including contracts, onboarding, absence management and appraisals
Maintain clear reporting structures across the team
Support the development of trainee financial planners
Act as a key point of contact for HR-related matters
Oversee back-office systems and internal technology
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
Manage relationships with IT and software providers
Ensure data integrity and system compliance
Support the business in meeting network and regulatory requirements
Act as a key operational contact for compliance-related matters
Monitor regulatory communications and ensure updates are implemented internally
Maintain internal policies and procedures
Oversee the smooth running of office operations
Manage suppliers, facilities and general business administration
Support business planning and operational projects
Identify operational risks and implement improvements
What We’re Looking For
Essential
Experience in a senior operations, practice management or business management role
Experience with in financial services
Strong understanding of HR processes
Confident working with systems and business technology
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Desirable
Experience working within a financial advice network or similar environment
Experience supporting a growing business through operational change
Experience improving internal processes
