Our client is seeking a commercially driven Customer Service Manager to lead and develop their internal sales and customer service team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader who thrives on targets, performance and driving positive change.
You will manage a team of Sales Representatives and Sales Order Administrators, ensuring strong commercial results while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a hands-on leader who can coach, motivate and develop people, manage KPIs and build a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the internal sales and customer service team
- Set, monitor and achieve team KPIs, targets and objectives
- Drive sales activity, lead conversion and customer retention
- Oversee quotations, order processing and fulfilment activities
- Manage escalated customer enquiries, pricing and delivery issues
- Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support change initiatives and establish best practice across teams
- Produce KPI and performance reports to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business and customer journey improvements
Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience within a B2B, technical or engineering environment
- Strong understanding of sales administration and order management processes
- Excellent communication, coaching and decision-making skills
- Analytical, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- Customer-focused, commercially minded and results-driven approach
- Ability to drive performance, engagement and change in a fast-paced environment
