Production Operator

Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we are seeking Production Operatives to join a high-performing and supportive team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering a clear pathway to a permanent contract after just 6 months. The Role Operate production machinery (robotic welders, presses, grinders) Load materials into welding equipment and jigs Carry out quality inspections Follow work instructions and meet production targets Complete production documentation Maintain a clean and safe workspace What We're Looking For Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail Reliable and team-oriented Flexible for rotating shifts Positive attitude and willingness to learn Working Hours 20 hours per week Monday to Friday Day

Shift: 7:00am - 11:00am Day

Shift: 11:00am - 3:00pm Back

Shift: 3:10pm - 7:10pm Back
