Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days + 3 additional weeks)

Are you a passionate and confident leader who loves creating fresh, nutritious food and delivering an exceptional dining experience? We're looking for a Chef Manager to oversee a busy catering operation and lead a dedicated team.

• Leading and motivating a team of 2 General Assistants
• Designing and delivering high-quality, seasonal menus
• Ensuring smooth, efficient service every day
• Managing budgets, stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Maintaining the highest food safety and health & safety standards
• Creating a positive, supportive team culture

• Experience as a Chef Manager or Senior Chef in a similar setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for fresh food and outstanding service
• Excellent understanding of HACCP, allergens, and food hygiene standards
• Confident managing budgets and operational processes

• £25,000 annual salary
• Daytime hours, Monday-Friday
