DEBRA UK in Farncombe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a part-time, permanent role. You will work 14 hours across 2 days of 7, supporting the Store Manager to deliver strong performance in-store and online, while leading an inclusive team.
You will recruit, onboard and manage volunteers and staff, maintain high standards of service and presentation, and contribute to fundraising targets and stock processing.
