As an LPN, you'll provide essential patient care under the supervision of licensed professionals across various departments, including:

• Behavioral Health
• Emergency Department
• Intensive Care Unit
• Medical-Surgical

This role offers variable shifts with incentives, emphasizing flexibility, professional accountability, and patient confidentiality.

Location: Mercy Hospital St. Louis and Surrounding Communities

Status: PRN/Per Diem/Flex/Float

Shift: Various Shifts Available

• $30/hour + Variable Shift Incentive
• W-2 Employee Status
• Minimum of 12 hours every 90 days
• Maximum of 30 hours a week (Sun-Sat)
• Flexible shift options: 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts

Required

Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; must maintain a current LPN license in the state of practice.

Experience:

• One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med-Surg.
• Two years of recent bedside LPN experience for other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.).

Certifications:

• BLS for Med-Surg
• BLS, ACLS for Critical Care
• BLS, ACLS, & PALS for Emergency Department
• IV certification required

Preferred Experience: Epic experience is a plus.

This position requires the ability to:

• Push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
