Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 3304 Godfrey Rd location in Godfrey, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, managing and motivating team members, running shifts efficiently, handling cash management and financial transactions accurately, interacting with customers to resolve issues, assisting in training and developing new team members, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, answering phones and processing customer orders, collaborating with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures, and contributing to inventory management and stock control.

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude, proficiency in math and problem-solving, ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment, effective communication and interpersonal skills, physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems, high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), food safety certification (preferred).
