Beverly Farm Foundation is looking for a dedicated and compassionate
Behavior Specialist
to join our team in Godfrey, IL.
In this role, you will support adults with intellectual and evelopmental disabilities by providing behavioral assessments, developing and monitoring behavior support plans, collaborating with behavioral health consultants and interdisciplinary teams, and helping residents thrive through evidence-based, person-centered care.
What You’ll Do:- Complete annual assessments and behavior plans
- Monitor progress for individual support plans and progress
- Support behavioral health coordination
- Provide staff training and in-services
- Participate in Human Rights and Behavior Management Committees
- Offer social/emotional support as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- Experience in behavior intervention or behavior management preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment with a diverse team
