AXIS Career zoekt een Medewerker Klantcontact voor UWV in Goes die klanten helpt met vragen en stappen. Je start met een betaalde zesweekse opleiding en leert dienstverlening, regelgeving en systemen kennen. Na de opleiding bouw je zelfstandig klantgesprekken op en verwijs je door waar nodig.
Je werkt 24–36 uur per week en reist naar Goes voor kantoordagen. De rol vereist mbo 3-diploma, goede Nederlandse taalvaardigheid en een professionele, kalme communicatiestijl.
