Smulderstextiel.nl zoekt een Facilitair Manager voor ons nieuwe pand in Goes. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor dagelijks en strategisch beheer van gebouwen, terreinen en facilitaire voorzieningen zodat collega’s veilig en efficiënt kunnen werken.
Je coördineert uitbesteding aan leveranciers, bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budgetten, en denkt actief mee over inrichting, duurzaamheid en toekomstige facilitaire behoeften. Je werkt nauw samen met meerdere afdelingen en externe partners.
