Stichting Allévo zoekt een Verpleegkundige voor zorg aan huis in de Goes-regio. Je verleent verpleegkundige zorg, voert complexe handelingen uit en signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheid van cliënten. Je coördineert de zorg rondom de cliënt en werkt nauw samen met huisartsen en andere zorgprofessionals.
Een VOG-procedure maakt onderdeel uit van de sollicitatie. De functie vereist een mbo 4 of HBO-V opleiding, BIG-registratie, en rijbewijs B met auto.
