The YMCA Allard Center is looking for a part-time Teen Center Coordinator to run the Middle School after school program during the school year. We are looking for someone who can enthusiastically lead the staff team with encouragement and creativity. We want someone who will not only think of and implement activities, crafts, games and silly challenges for our young adults, but will also DO it with them!
You do not need to be an expert in these activities - but you DO have to be fun. We are seeking a candidate who can provide high quality care for our middle school students grades 5 - 8th.
At least 2-5 years of experience working with youth and/or customer service is preferred. Credits in education, sports management or hospitality are preferred and/or also enrolled in college level courses in any of those majors are welcome.
