We support local communities through the TCC Gives program, offering 16 paid volunteer hours/year, grant opportunities up to $10,000/quarter, and involvement in quarterly community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock, and Rock the Pantry.

- Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year (includes Competitive Hourly Rate, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses and Profit Sharing)

- Be a passionate customer advocate with the desire to assist, advise, and educate customers on wireless products and services.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction with a focus on value to all customers.
- Conduct calls to customers seeking to learn about products and services.
- Maintain excellent communication and stay connected through Company resources.
- Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Be ambitious and self-driven, motivated by achieving and exceeding retail sales milestone goals.
- Balance customer experience with performance goals; participate in required training and meetings for development.
- Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.
- At least a high school diploma.
- Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation; ability to work in multiple locations.
- Requires frequent standing; ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
- Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on business needs.
