Stichting Sterk Huis zoekt een Gedragswetenschapper Ambulant – Across-teams om inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid te dragen voor de hulpverlening aan jeugd en gezinnen binnen een integrale aanpak. Je werkt aan de doorontwikkeling van Across-teams en werkt samen met professionals uit diverse disciplines aan systemische, traumasensitieve zorg.
De functie vereist een afgeronde WO-opleiding in Psychologie of Orthopedagogiek, SKJ- of BIG-registratie, en 24-36 uur per week beschikbaarheid.
