Stichting Sterk Huis zoekt een Regievoerder Crossroads in Noord-Brabant voor complex jeugdwerk. Je bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid en houdt regie met externe zorgaanbieders en verwijzers. Je werkt dichtbij gezinnen en brengt structuur aan in multidisciplinaire overleggen.
Je hebt een HBO-opleiding richting Social Work/S PH/MWD/Pedagogiek en SKJ-registratie. Een parttime/fulltime positie (24-36 uur) is mogelijk en biedt ontwikkelmogelijkheden binnen Crossroads/ACross-teams.
