Drive rafting crews and equipment in Golden, British Columbia, while handling pre-trip preparation, rigging, and outdoor base operations.
This seasonal pickup truck driver position supports rafting trips from late May through mid-September. Drivers transport rafts, guides, and gear to put-ins and take-outs while towing raft trailers. The work also includes BBQ lunch setup and operation, with full-time and part-time schedules available.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive rafts, guides, and gear to put-ins and take-outs
- Pull raft trailers with boats on truck roofs
- Complete pre-trip checks before each rafting trip
- Rig equipment for scheduled rafting trips
- Set up and operate BBQ lunches
- Clean driver's license
- Safe and cautious driving habits
- Good work ethic and positive personality
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Class 2 license receives higher pay and bus-driving requests
