This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in managing full‑cycle accounts payable processes from invoice entry through payment and reconciliation.
Responsibilities- Review, code, and enter invoices to the correct general ledger accounts.
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper three‑way matching with purchase orders and receiving documentation.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in partnership with purchasing, operations, and vendors.
- Perform Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) reconciliations.
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs via check, ACH, and wire transfer.
- Support month‑end close by preparing accruals and assisting with reconciliations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date vendor files and assist with onboarding new suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives within the AP function.
- 2–4 years of full‑cycle accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of three‑way matching, purchase order workflows, and GRNI reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP highly preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong accuracy, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
