Description

The Customer Care Associate at Honeywell International, a $30-billion diversified technology and manufacturing global leader, is responsible for ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met. Position Summary

The Customer Care Associate manages orders daily, collaborating with Planners, Demand Management, and distribution centers to ensure timely shipment according to customer requirements. This role is vital to Honeywell’s growth and requires proactive efforts to differentiate Honeywell from competitors.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Support systems by preparing customer orders and responding to requests via phone and email.
  • Contribute to systems growth by supporting electronic ordering initiatives.
  • Utilize SAP advanced features and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Identify process improvements and drive their implementation.
  • Handle complex assignments such as managing offsite inventory, planning orders for production, placing purchase orders, performing manual shipping/invoicing in SAP, and enforcing software/license agreements.
  • Basic Qualifications
    • High school diploma
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    Additional Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
    • 1-2 years of Oracle/SAP experience (preferred)
    • Leadership experience in programs (preferred)
