Join our Global Pointe Senior Living team today as a part-time Activities/Life Enrichment Assistant!
We are looking for someone interested in approximately 56 hours per pay period, a few days a week and every other weekend.

Responsible to assist in planning and leading a variety of activity programs designed to meet the resident’s social, physical, mental, emotional, and sensory needs. Part-time hours on the weekend.
Qualifications- Minimum of 1-year activities experience preferred in independent retirement, assisted living, adult day services or long-term care facility serving a senior population.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to use basic Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) computer programs.
- Creativity in developing and planning activity programs.
- Group leadership and interpersonal skills to lead one on one, small, and large group activities.
- Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in a resident’s best interest.
- Strong organizational skills
- Good work ethic
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Able to read, write, spell, do basic math, speak and understand English
Responsible for assisting with planning, promotion, and facilitating/leading each event or program.
- Support development of monthly Activity Calendar of Events.
- Lead small, large and one on one activity programs with seniors.
- Accompany residents on field trips as assigned.
- Work cooperatively with assigned volunteers and direct their assignments to support the resident programming.
- Other duties as assigned.
