Job Title: Community Liaison - Home Care
Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 Base + Commission - UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL

Successful applicants will have had direct healthcare sales experience and can demonstrate being a top performer.

- Serving clients, families, and communities by acting as a consultant to address needs
- Understand our current market position, key competitors, and opportunities for growth
- Develop a routine presence inside of potential referring partners’ locations, interfacing with decision-makers
- Initiate the referral cycle with new or cold accounts by building relationships and educating Social Workers and Discharge Planners
- Follow-up on referrals by acting as a consultant to clients and their family members
Qualifications:
- Background in Healthcare Sales, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field is ideal
- Experience prospecting and developing key relationships on behalf of your organization is ideal
- Communication skills, projecting professionalism and genuine enthusiasm, are necessary
- High degree of accountability, for planning, executing, and following-up, is necessary
- Understanding of the need for daily driving through the greater Twin Cities metro area is required
