The Test Regression Lead will lead the monthly regression testing planning and execution effort along with improvement of existing regression suite.

Work with QA Leads, Vendor QA Leads, QA Managers, Capability Managers and Business SMEs to plan and track monthly regression testing activities.
Manage complete regression testing process in timely manner without any slippages.

Manage Test Data requirements for regression.
Ensure regression defect tracking and management.

8+ years of experience in Software Engineering Development with focus on Quality Assurance testing and Regression Testing.
Has in-depth knowledge of a variety of testing techniques and methodologies with focus on Regression Best Practices.
Good understanding of QA methodology – test plans, test cycles, and software releases.
Strong Knowledge of current industry wide Quality Test processes and practices, Tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail
